III meeting of LIFE+ Nature projects in the Czajowice near Kraków in the buffer zone of Ojcowski National Park took place on the 20-21th of May, 2016. It has been organized by the Foundation for Support of Ecological Initiatives – “NATURA Mission” LIFE+ project – and Regional Directorate of Environmental Protection in Kraków. The meeting was aimed for exchange of experience between executors of the projects.
Besides projects’ representatives, the meeting was attended by the monitors of the projects: Mrs. Marta Kaczyńska and Dr. Stanislaw Tworek. Together with the Regional Nature Conservator, Mrs. Bożena Kotońska, they were discussing problems occurred during implementation of the projects.
Key discussion proceeded split into three panels:
- evaluation and obtaining indicators of projects’ realization,
- principles of extending duration of the projects actions
- methods of maintain the ecological effect
On the second day part of participants visited Natura 2000 sites related to semi-natural dry grasslands.
